Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are shipped from Canada.
Processing time
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Customs, duties, and delivery
Because orders ship from Canada, packages pass through U.S. customs. Delivery times can vary, and customs delays are outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, since we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@peptara.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and products. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns
Because of the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, or of any product after 7 days from delivery. Unopened products are returnable only with prior written approval from us.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us at support@peptara.shop and we will investigate with the carrier.
